Description Technical Field [0001] The present invention relates to a fishing lure comprising a spoon on which is fixed a hook. STATE OF THE ART [0002] There are different types of fishing spoons, rotating and undulating. The rotating spoons are composed of a triple or simple hook, a piano wire on which is put a ballast of metal balls and the pallet. The waving spoons are simply composed of a single or triple hook, an elongated piece of metal and, most often, a steel eyelet. The spoons have different shape and different size. However, the hook known spoons tend to hang easily in the algae and various objects in the water and it is difficult to fish in places containing a lot of seaweed but where are the fish. The risk of losing the spoon during fishing is very high. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] The invention relates to a fishing lure comprising a spoon on which is fixed a hook; the hook including a first end having a tip and a second end pivotally attached to the spoon; so that the hook can pivot between a passive position in which the tip is housed against a face of the spoon so that the tip is not accessible and an active position in which the tip is away from the spoon and can phish a fish; the pivoting of the passive position to the active position being actuatable by a predetermined pressure exerted on the hook. The spoon 2 is preferably an undulating type spoon. The lure described here allows to position the hook only when a fish attacks, and is not likely to be caught in seaweed and other objects otherwise. Other advantages of the invention will be apparent in the description which follows and the figures which illustrates it. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0006] Examples of implementation of the invention are indicated in the description illustrated by the appended figures in which: FIG. 1 illustrates a sectional view of a lure comprising a hook in a passive position, according to one embodiment; fig. 2 illustrates a sectional view of a lure comprising a hook in an active position, according to one embodiment; fig. 3 shows a top view of the lure; and FIG. 4 shows a bottom view of the lure. Example (s) of Embodiment of the Invention [0007] FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a fishing lure 100 comprising a spoon 2 on which is fixed a hook including a first end having a tip 11 and a second end 12 pivotally attached to the spoon 2. This arrangement allows the lure hook to pivot between a passive position in which the tip 11 is housed against a face of the spoon 2, so that the tip 11 is not accessible, and an active position in which the tip 11 is away from the spoon 2 and can phish a fish. The pivoting of the passive position to the active position is actuable by a predetermined pressure exerted on the hook 1. FIG. 1 shows with the hook in the passive position and FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of the lure 100 with the hook in the active position. Fig. 3 shows a top view of the lure 100 and FIG. 4 shows a bottom view of the lure 100. The predetermined pressure allowing the pivoting of the hook from the passive position to the active position can be adapted to the pressure exerted by a fish on the hook at the moment when it bites the spoon 2, for example, at the moment when he takes the spoon 2. The tip 11 of the hook 1 then passes through the spoon 2 through the opening 22, out the other side of the spoon 2 and stings the fish. According to one embodiment, the hook 1 comprises a curved portion 15 terminated by the tip 11. The curved portion 15 is configured to pass through an opening 22 formed in the spoon 2. Thus, the second end 12 fixed on one side of the spoon 2 and, in the active position, the tip 11 is housed against the opposite face of the spoon 2. According to one embodiment, in the passive position, a first zone 150 of the curved portion 15 abuts against the opening wall 22. The force exerted by the first zone 150 against the opening wall 22 determines the predetermined pressure. The first zone 150 may correspond to the apex of the curved portion 15. Still according to one embodiment, in the active position, a second zone 151 of the curved portion 15 abuts against the opening wall 22. The force exerted by the second zone 151 on the opening wall 22 determines a retaining force holding the hook 1 in said active position. The predetermined pressure and the retaining force can be adjusted by the flexibility of the curved portion 15. The predetermined pressure and the retaining force can also be adjusted by the position of the opening 22 relative to the first and second zones 150, 151, depending on whether the hook is in the passive or active position. In one embodiment, a face of the spoon 2 comprises a cavity 21 in which is housed the tip 11 when the hook is in the passive position. The cavity 21 can be blind or through. The cavity 21 protects the tip 11 and (and the barb) which is often damaged by the obstacles under water. Thus the tip 11 will remain perfectly effective and last longer. In another embodiment, the second end 12 may be attached to the spoon 2 by means of a ball 13. The ball 13 may be wholly or partly made of tungsten. The ball 13 is preferably attached to the base of the second end 12 of the hook 1 to ensure a good trigger from the passive position to the active position. Once the fish released from the hook 1, simply reload the hook (that is to say put it back in the passive position) by returning it against the spoon 2 (in the cavity 21) with a thumb pressure. The hook 1 may also include a portion 14 between the second end 12 and the curved portion 15. This portion 14 may have a flexibility similar to that of the curved portion 15 or be more or less rigid. Still in one embodiment, the hook 1 is attached to the spoon 2 so that it is centered in the axis of the spoon 2. According to one embodiment, the distance between the second pivotable end 12 and the first zone 150 of the curved portion 15 is between 10 and 50 mm, preferably between 20 and 40 mm or between 30 and 40 mm. . The spoon 2 may comprise a fixing means for fixing the spoon 2 to a fishing line. For example, the fastening means may comprise an eyelet 23 or a pallet. The spoon 2 may also include an eye signal 24 which is made by a large diameter drilling on the front of the spoon 2 and which promotes fish attacks. It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment which has just been described and that various modifications and simple variants can be envisaged by the skilled person without departing from the scope of the present invention. . For example, the lure may comprise more than one hook 1, each hook being arranged pivoting between a passive position and an active position, as described above. FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of an example of the lure 100 having two hooks 1.1 'fixed pivotally on the spoon 2, according to the invention. The two hooks 1,1 'are fixed in line, centered in the axis of the spoon 2. The second end 12 of one of the hooks 1 is fixed on a first face 60 of the spoon 2 and pivots so that that its tip 11 moves away from an opposite face 61 of the spoon 2. The other hook 1 'is fixed on the opposite face 61 of the spoon 2 and pivots so that its tip 11 moves away from the first face 60 of the spoon 2. This arrangement of hooks 1,1 'increases the chances that the fish is twice as likely to be stung by the tip 11, 11' of the hook 1.1 '. Other arrangements of hooks 1,1 'are however possible. In the case of fishing "no kill" (release live fish), the lure 100 of the invention allows to remove the hook without hurting the fish, since the hook is simple, unlike a triple hook. The launch of the lure 100 is exactly like a traditional waving spoon, the brought is irregular to imitate a wounded fish with breaks which allows the spoon to sink into a dead leaf. In the passive position, the tip, lodged against the spoon 2 (possibly in the cavity 21), does not cling to the surrounding objects and can pass smoothly through the algae and various dead woods. It is often at this moment that the fish attacks the spoon 2, twirling down the layer of water the fish will come to press against the hook 1 (for example against the curved part 15), triggering the pivoting of the hook 1 from the passive position to the active position. In the active position, the tip 11 is away from the spoon 2 and harpoon the fish. It is at this point that you have to hook up energetically so that the single hook 1 is planted in the jaws of the fish. The advantage of the lure 100 described here is that one can go for the fish where they are and with less risk of losing it (ie in places that are otherwise very hooky for the hook The lure 100 can be used from launching edge, as from a boat, for trolling. The lure 100 avoids wasting a lot of time fishing in the void because of an alga so small it is, hooked to the hook which is sometimes at 100 meters in the back of the boat. The lure 100 described here is anti algae, allows to keep a perfect swim of the spoon 2 saw the placement of the hook 1 centered in the axis of the spoon 2. The fish causes itself the triggering of the hook 1 in the active position. The lure 100 with spoon 2 undulating anti-catching is economical and environmentally friendly by the ease of landing in case of "no kill", a fishery that is becoming increasingly common.
